The prefix iš, when used with movement verbs, means a direction outwards something.

išeiti - to go/walk out of smth
išbėgti - to run out of smth
išvažiuoti - to go (by a transport) out of smth
išskristi - to fly out of smth
išjoti - to ride out of smth
išplaukti - to swim out of smth

Aš išeinu iš mokyklos. I go out of school.
Aš išeinu iš namų. I go out of home.
Aš išeinu iš namų į mokyklą. I go out of home into school.
Aš išeinu į mokyklą. I go out to school.
Dėstytojas išeina iš universiteto. The lecturer goes out of university.
Studentai išbėga iš auditorijos į koridorių. Students run out of the auditorium into the corridor.
Laivas išplaukia į Ameriką. The ship swims out to America.
Naujas autobusas išvažiuoja iš Kauno į Rygą. The new bus goes out of Kaunas to Riga.
Arklys išjoja iš tvarto. The horse rides out of the stable.
Paukščiai niekada neišskrenda į Afriką. Birds never fly out to Africa.
