Our training programmes have been approved by the English language specialists of Great Britain and the US and accepted by the Ministry of Education in Lithuania (Licence No 25/43 issued in 27/08/93 and extended in 27/08/98). “American English School” is the only officially registered centre for London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examination Board in Lithuania, offering both professional tuition of Business English and testing services. “American English School” has established and maintained its excellent reputation by employing skilled teachers who are carefully chosen according to their qualifications, varied backgrounds, experience, and consideration of learners' needs. „American English School“ teachers are Lithuanian and native speakers of English with BA or MA degrees in English linguistics Native speakers of English are qualified teachers of English and have at least 3 years experience of teaching English as a foreign language. “American English School” teachers are LCCIEB qualified Business English Teachers. Courses We offer courses of General English, LCCIEB Business English, in-company courses for corporate clients, TOEFL, Cambridge suit of examination preparation, IELTS and English for Specific Purposes, such as English for Telecommunications, Management, Finance, Law, etc. There are seven major levels to the English language proficiency at “American English School” equivalent to the European Council Level standards. We use the latest versions of teaching material by Oxford, Cambridge, Longman, Macmillan publishers. Audio and video material is used during the classes to make them as authentic as possible.
